NF had a solid long liquidation session on Thursday. Observation was that auction was incomplete at low. Upside 26100-26120 marked as res. Downside marked for 25950/25905/25885. They had a open lower below PDL and bounced sharp via drive at open but could not sustain above res zone 26100-26120. Rejected there and failed the drive then moved to 25890 at close then closed at dPOC.
Another long liquidation session. dPOC skew down at close with advantage sellers based on data and auction. Not able to stay above POC next could get more downside next.
Failing to stay below PDL and back above POC could have overlap in value area and test of selling tail zone if accepts there then PDH test.
25950 res to look for PDL swipe and below 25885 could get 25850/25815/25780 bounce odds if sustains 25780 then 25730-25715/25680 odds.
Not able to stay below 25900 and back above 25950 could get 25980/26010/26040 reject else squeeze towards 26080/26110/26150/26190.
Weekly and monthly :
Last week has closed as 3rd week of one time frame up. Holding 25750 expected overlap in weekly value area with a move to 25860/25920/25980/26040 then rotate down else 26150 expected. They had a move up quick to 26040 halted then one more push to get 26150 (adjusted level 26300 almost they tagged) then moved down to close at dVAL zone for the week.
4th week of one time frame up but back to back weeks showing LL profit booking auction closing at lower quad. Odds higher either for liquidation down week or overlap week in 2week range.25950 then 26050 res for the week. Looking for move down early in the week towards 25820-25780 bounce higher else 25720-25680 odds and solid support there..Goes means 25600/25520 odds. Quite a solid support 25500 zone and goes means 25350-25300 probe possible.
Not able to stay below 25820-25780 could bounce back to 25900-25950 reject else 26050 and acceptance there could get squeeze towards 26120/26210 if sustains 26300+ possible.
