NF left failed auction at low on Thursday at swing support level around 17410. It was neurtal day too with poor value area..If we open inside value then expectation was to look for repair of poor value area in first session. NF actually did this for entire session. Considered weak below 17510 for 17440-17420 which happened in first session. Then failing to sustain below 17440 and back above 17495 probe was expected for 17575-17590 which happened in second session then closed around dVAH.
Auction recap from the day :
NF clearly took support and defended last session FA+buying tail zone acsertaining that buyers are defending that 17410 zone.
It was another neutral day. Mentioned in last report that fresh leg of auction to start and with this second neutral day same bias still. If buyers are committed then they were expected to save FA zone and get higher value days in coming sessions to enter into large balance of 17650-1820.They defended that FA zone so maintaining same bias as long as we hold this FA now.
Inside day.Likely to get imbalance auction in next session.
17510-17480 support zone for next session. Failing to scale this down and move above 17550 could get 17570/17595 and bullish above 17595 for 17635/17655/17685-17710/17740.
If fails to sustain above 17635 and moves below 17570 then could test 17540/17510-17490 and weak below 17480 for 17440/17420 and quite weak below 17400 for 17370/17340/17310 if sustains below 17295 then probe is for 17265/17230/17190-17175.
